"I periodically have my insurance needs re-quoted to look for cost savings. In my experience, you have to go looking for savings, it doesn’t often come to you. With my current insurer's policy premiums increasing substantially every year for the last several, this was again the year for new quotes. I have had, or requested quotes, with a number of insurers over the years so I have a pretty good perspective on product value and excellent customer service; I got both when working with Jennifer Wesselman-Conz’s office recently. Clare Zoeller was the account representative who worked with me on the details of my insurance needs. My insurance scenario is somewhat complex, but Clare dove-in and knocked out my quotes in short order. She actually had to wait several days on my answer while I waited to receive the comparison quotes from the other insurers I contacted. When all the quotes were in, I was truly surprised at the savings that I received for my efforts. Clare and State Farm saved me several hundred dollars over the next closest quote and well over a thousand dollars off the high quote. Thanks to Jean and Monica for their roles in my quote completion as well. Jennifer’s office is filled with great staff. Thanks again to Clare for her exemplary work on my new policies!"
