"Love that my car is insured with State Farm through Jennifer!! Have the Drive Safe and Save monitor and I saved over $104 on my 6 mo premium!! If I have any questions, I just call and they answer right away!! With the mobile app, it makes my life even easier!! Jennifer's office is easy to find on Ashley rd, right across from central bank! Great people, great insurance!!"

"Horrible service stuck up snobby acts better than you. Who wants to do business with a person like that. I know I don’t nor my family. We are all moving our accounts to someone who respects their customers and treats them with respect not like they are Lower than you. I’d rather go somewhere and pay more than give another dollar of my hard earned money to this snob."

"Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Kimberly is HORRIBLE! Terrible communication and zero accountability…went to Jennifer as a favor several years and haven’t spoken to her since…Kim always calls last minute for this or that and never follows through. "They ignore their customers and they don't know anything about how business works. I contacted them for business insurance, they said I was a distributor when in fact I'm anything but, I'm a retailer. So I called them back to clarify, and they were supposed to call or email me by the next day. They did neither. With this lack of knowledge and lack of responsiveness I'm seriously considering moving all my insurance someplace else."

"Tom, sorry you feel this way and we wish things were different. We have shared our underwriting eligibility guidelines with you. We explained how that pertained to your particular situation. I am not sure what other explanation you were looking for as it has been provided. We are not able to speak publicly to your individual situation for privacy reasons. Business owner to business owner I am surprised you would accuse a tenured business of "not knowing how business works," and giving a business a 1-star review, when we are clearly following company eligibility guidelines. If you would like to schedule a phone appointment or an in-person appointment, I would be more than happy to share the information that has been previously communicated.
